hello all. i'm happy to see there's a site like this.
i'm currently going crazy waiting for my wife to be allowed entry into America. according to the USCIS website, i believe i am still within the processing time frame, but i am worried becuase a friend of the family's application was approved MUCH MUCH sooner than i have waited so far.
I was married in March '08
my I-130 was received May 25th '08. I wasn't aware of the K3 option, until later. so, my I-129F (K3) wasn't received until June 24 '08.
i have received receipts for both, but nothingelse. the status is still listed as "received and pending"
should i be concerned?
