Am I too optimistic?

NSC is issueing RFEs. They are actually reviewing the I-485 files to be able to find out someone need more documents. For those who need more 'evidence', they issue the RFE, then they pile the 'passed' files in a saperated box. On they day the I-485 process resumed, they will probably send out the already printed notice at once. ;)

INS! you can poke my eyes out and blind me BUT you can not stop me from dreaming!!

Lets hope that INS starts pouring down approvals unto us...
 
kphang I share thy views, out of many ironies of life is when someone is desperately waiting it desperatley hurts and when it comes there is a deluge. Can't help it.
 
At least that will happen after the Merry Christmas and Happy New year and still after they adjust themselves from the holiday mood ......

Tons of approvals ????

I will be glad to see "Ten" approvals .....

It's a Holiday/Christmas season .... and we will definetely see "Tons" of snow in the next few days ....

Pray Santa for GC, you never know, NSC could start approving soon after Christmas :D

I checked rupnet and there are a lot of rfes being issued for Sept 2001 cases.

At least the folks at NSC are doing something!
