Her GC was applied in Oct. 04.
Received finger print in Nov. 04
We got EAD and AP in Dec. 04
got I-140 approval in Apr 05.
i have state license but does not have FCCPT (Visa Screening)
There was not RFE on I-140.
I am wondering if there will be an RFE for I-485. We are not yet prepared for that. We need to complete TOEFL - but her score on TOEFL- Writing Essay is 4 in last two attempts. I think to get FCCPT clearance - you have to have 4.5.
Please let me know if there is any alternate paths I can try. like
1. DO I have to get FCCPT credentials done.
2. Is it must to have 4.5 in writing essay
3. Has anybody been to this situation earlier - what to do to improve essay writing
