"Today's Approvals " Please post your 8th June approvals here

Document mailed to applicant - this message comes up when a notice gets returned to USCIS (due to invalid address)....They will reforward you the returned mail back to you by looking up your correct address in AR11 database

The notice could be address change notice/Finger Print Notice etc....Check with your lawyer, if it's a FP notice, as he gets a copy as well!

you have to wait......

Some people got this message last month. And it turned out TSC had set the message incorrectly. But you have to wait or call TSC to find that out.

BTW, when did you file I-485 and was your case transferred on 2nd March??

ED3 - IND
PD - Nov 11 2001
Case transferred to TSC May 07.
LUD 06/06/07 with the following message.
What does that mean? anybody??

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

On June 5, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

Hey, it looks, all these approvals are for Jun 7th night.....

Looks like no approvals reported for Jun 8th??? Interesting?

Hi San
I just called TSC. They are not accepting any service requests if last action taken in a case is within 60 days. In my case, it was the 2nd FP done in mid May, 2007.
How she initiated your service request?

I think she was a new rep, I was lucky :)

She just told me your case is pending since more then 365 days, and she agreed to initiate a Service request

you right, from the begining they are processing TSC in advance by 4-5 months compare to transfer cases.

Around july-aug 2004 is the date for Transfer cases.

Good thing that when I just called TSC , I was told that your family records are now in TSC system and waiting to be assigned to an officer. She could not tell when. Atleast some progress.

About contacting TSC

IND77 and others,

My priority date is Jun 2001 EB3 and my status still says"case received and Pending".I gave my first fingerprinting in Jan 2006.Haven't even received a second fingerprinting yet .I am really confused as to what's going on.How would I contact TSC or initiate a service request?

I would really appreciate someone's help on this as I am not sure what is wrong with my case.

Jay

TSC officers generally spend a good part of friday going through messages in our forums which are projected on a huge screen and laugh at how wrong we are in the analysis we do about what is going on inside TSC.

After that, every officer gets a chance to pick up one perfectly valid and current PD case and file it under "Don't touch for another 3 years".

They finish the day by picking up a POJ (who actually is himself a TSC employee and double agent) call and randomly choose one answer out of "Name check pending", "Awaiting officer" or "Hahahaha" irrespective of the case status or the question asked.

What is your RD/ND of 485? FP is valid for 15 months only. My FP is expired also but TSC rep. told that officer will evaluate when case is assigned and request for a new FP.

Thats True

Give it a try, to go to nearest USCIS/ASC. Otherwise, wait & see what rep told you.
