Did u see any approvals from TSC for eb3 with 485 RD latter than August 2004 ?
 
Got approved last night

Guys:

I got approved last night, received email at 11:39 PM

I did a service request on 6th and got approved on 7th
and I am very sure it helped, the lady on the line was very
in helpful.

Anybody who hasnt done a service request should give it a try

This forum really helped me a lot and I decided to call them after
I read from this forum.

Thanks to all of you all

Iam sure all of you should get your approval soon :)

I used the POJ method which is in this forum and was able to get to a service rep. When you get to a service rep, ask them why it is taking such a long time when your PD is current and tell them I want to initiate a service request

Which EB category and country you are in ? I have Jan 3 2005 RD of 140/485 with PD July 2001 . Thx

My case is not a transfer, it was filed in TSC.

Thanks. Now it is clear that they treat transfer cases separately ( mean different queue) than regular TSC filed cases. VSC to TSC transfer cases of RD 2005 and after may pass thru a tough time until TSC enter those 20000 records in their system.

you right, from the begining they are processing TSC in advance by 4-5 months compare to transfer cases.

Around july-aug 2004 is the date for Transfer cases.

I just called TSC. They are not accepting any service requests if last action taken in a case is within 60 days. In my case, it was the 2nd FP done in mid May, 2007.
How she initiated your service request?

My case was filed at TSC.No queries nothing it is straight thank god for it.

What does that mean? anybody??

On June 5, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
