ok Guys, I received my Green card after 10 years 6 months and 19 days from my arrival to this great country. I am so releived and wish you all the best and quik approval. the Card was back dated to 07/09/2003. so I will be eligible to apply for citizenship in May of 2008 whish around the corner :) if you compate it to 10 years.
Anyway thank you all and take care.

Keep your GC in safe and secure place :) (this was what my mom advised me when I got my I-94).

Tell us more why and how it takes you 10 years to get GC. My ND is 12/2000. Assuming INS implements the settlement, I am expecting to get my GC by mid 2006 (which means 51/2 yrs after ND). I wonder why yours was that long.

Thanks guys for your kind words. I came in 94 and applied in April 98. approved the day Clinton said I did it with Lewinsky. filed I-485 in October 99. Dec 6th is my ND. FP is I beleive 08-2003.

:D Thanks to his idiocy, we ended up with another idiot in the oval office!
