Just to get a feel for it, what is your exact priority date. Is it before Apr 22 ? or they are approving even later cases from 2001 now ?

Also, which country are you from ?
 
Do not get confuse with his post. He got approved in September itself. He received physical cards today.

According to current visa bulletin (November-2007) which is just released they can not approve Nov 2001 - EB3 - India cases.
That means there is hope to some folks who are around that date.

How long after name check cleared?

Hi, Apu99, I am happy for you. I have a quick question for you. How long did it take to get your I-485 approved after your name and fingerprint cleared? I just went to an infopass and came to know that my name check has been cleared one month ago and my fingerprint was cleared a couple days ago. Therefore I am really curious about how long it might take to get I-485 approved after name/fingerprint check cleared. Many many thanks.
