1 month back, I changed the employers.

I need to send a letter to BCIS informing them about the change of employer/jobs.

Which address and whom should it be addressed to ?

I had changed jobs 7 months after filing my I-485.
RD 11/01
Changed jobs 06/02.
AD 04/03.

My lawyer and I had decided mutually not to inform INS and handle it, if and when an RFE is issued.

But did you change your lawyer? What is the procedure other then G28?

I also changed my job 8-9 months after filing I-485 under future employment.

Both the attorney and I don't see a reason why we have to inform BCIS regarding this issue,
probably we'll just need to let them know the situation at the time of on-site interview ?

Are you changing your lawyer too or not?

if you are changing your attorney, do it fast. File G-28 with new attorney.

You don't have to file AC-21. Send it only when you get RFE.
