To which address should I send my N-400?

HI,

I want to send my N-400 application using USPS Certified Mail.
Should I then send it to:

USCIS
P.O. Box 660060
Dallas, TX 75266

Or for the express/courier delivery?

USCIS
Attn: N-400
2501 S. State Hwy 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

If you are using USPS then you can even send it to the PO Box, if using Fedex, UPS etc then use the actual street address.

Certified USPS mail to first address (assuming you live in an area covered by the Texas service center).
