RFE on 10/2003
AD 11/2003
485 - ND 3/18/2004
FP done 11/13/2004
LUD 3/22, 11/22(FP received on 11/20, resumed), 11/23(FP received date changed to 11/22 instead of 11/20 as before), 12/24(No message changed)
AD - ?

Could you take a stab at my case.....

Called Vermont last week and was told Wait for adjudicator to work on my case....
I dont know how far this is true !!!!

Any way can you predict my case !!!! No prejudice if turns out incorrect !!!

Did your name check clear, I mean did you get a mail from FBI about your name check. ofcourse I am guessing that you might have sent an email to FBI to verify your name check.

Sorry, but I never send inquiry to FBI about my name check status before. I'm always lazy about that but hanging around this website :rolleyes:
Based on those previous posts I've read somewhere, only 2002 and early 2003 filers got huge delay on name check. So that I wouldn't worry too much about our cases. Just my guessing though.
