Thank you, I am new to this board anf dound that my I140 applied for cp. I am from rapidgm.

 
 
Have you guys checked NVC AVM?

I checked the NVC AVM, using 140 case number, it said, the packet 3 sent to the lawyer....consulate at.....etc. Is there any other message besides this, if NVC holds your file after you have informed them about AOS. Will it change after the file has been sent to INS.

I have checked it and it said the same

I am not sure How we should find that the filesent to ins or not.
