As I am getting ready to file my EAD and AP renewal, I am thinking about saving the Lawyer fees and doing the filing myself. Do any of you think that a Lawyer would do some value addition? Since the lawyer would ask me to fill in the forms anyway, going through them would not even save me the time.
The only benefit I can think of is a responsible look-over on what I fill in those forms. Apart from that I can't think of any benefit of paying my Lawyer to do this filing. And seeing as the information to be filled is so simple, well documented here, and been filled by me before, I don't see that being a big issue either.
