Hi all,
I was merried last year to the US citizen, but planning to do wedding this summer. I was out of status for a while and got my GC recently. Is it possible to invite my parents and sister for my wedding in US? Also what docs necessary? What do you also advice in my case? What visa do they apply?
Thank you for your help.

Your parents should apply for B-2 visas and they do not need your invitation. B-2 visas are self-sponsored.

The following documents need to be sent from the person who is sponsoring his/her relatives (or anyone else such as friends) to visit the United States. Please send completed and legible documents. Please try to send the most current documents. Any documents like employment letter, pay stubs, bank letter etc. must be less than 6 months old.

If you are sponsoring multiple people at the same time (such as both parents), you should send separate I-134 forms for each person. However, you can just send one set of supporting documents for both of them.

This would make sense provided visit visas needed sponsors, which is clearly not the case.
