Yes I am going to scan/post in about two weeks a BIA decision where the judge was very critical of a person's passport renewal.

So where is that scan you promised????

I sent him two emails (about something else) in the past few weeks but did not receive any replies. I think he has stopped coming to this board--maybe has been drafted in the defense of Scooter Libby.
