I applied for my H1B via premium processing on or after Feb 17, 2004 I am not sure whether it reached INS before time on Feb 17, 2003.
My consultant says that he hasnt heard anything from INS regarding my application.
He also informed me that he hasnt got email about receipt of my application. He says he didnt provided email address on application.
I just wanted to know whether is there anyone who got their application rejected or accepted who might have applied during the same time period ?
