I have AVM approval but not oline. Can I shout Yahoooooooo

Both the AVM and online status were updated with the approval date. Check your online thingy again today.

Since your approval is 03/19, usually from what I see on the board, the online thingy gets updated the next day. AVM is more accurate. If it is not updated today, call NSC. No harm verifying.
