If any of you folks have a ND before June 13, 2001 you can contact the NCSC to find out about the delays in your approval, so that we know if officer 16 is still working and has not quit or has been reassigned to process some other applications and we have to wait another gazillion years for the approval.

Do any of you fall before this date?

The processing date for I-485 on the USCIS web site still states May 23, 2003.
If you call, they will go by this date.

My RD is 6/20/01 and ND is 7/20/01. So I guess there is nothing I can do excepting hoping that #016 will wake up sometime soon.

my RD/ND is 7/23 and 8/2 2001, so nothing but wait.

The USCIS website will catch up to the AILA site when all 4 service centers report their dates.

My RD 05/03/01, ND 07/16/01. I contacted our senator. I was told to wait couple of weeks before they can do anything.

I will wait a couple of more weeks before giving a call to USCIS. I don't think they can do anything as all they do is read you the status from online status check and then issue a status inquiry to the service centers.

My RD is July, 2001 and ND is Aug, 2001. So, not there yet. Hopefully, we all get approved soon. Let us know if anything else we can try to get someone look into the situation.
