My sister is making a transition from F1 to H1 soon. Her husband who is in India is planning on joining her soon. Is it better for him to try to come as a F2 or H4? What are his chances of being rejected? Since he is a guy, is he worse off (as opposed to a gal coming on a F2/H4)?
