I just read your poster.
I checked my online status today, it is said that RFE was sent out on August 12, 2003.
Regarding the employment letter, did you put "permanent" in your letter? What kind of format did you use?
Would you like to give me some information if you do not mind?
How is your case now?

My employment letter is basically drafted by the lawyer's office, based on the standard template they have and working with Company HR department. So, i don't have much info to help you now, till i get the copy of that letter, which i had requested from the lawyer.

It looks like my lawyer does not know too much. His knowledge in GC is even less the gurus here.
So, I am afraid something wrong with my RFE.
Really appreciate your help if you can send me some information after you get from your lawyer.

(999999 Don't wait too long...if you feel your lawyer doesn't have much knowledge about GC, then change him
