Got a Internship Project for 3 months through university
Ead Expired renewal takes 60 -90 days

Question : Can she work on the project on h4 ?

I know the question sounds stupid, bcoz you can't work on h4
but the reason I ask is students on F1 do work on intern projects

H4 holders cannot work. She'll most likely need to wait for the EAD.
