Hi,

I need authentic information. So please do not reply if you are not sure. Thanks for your understanding

The case
------------
My, my wife's and my son's I-485 is pending.

I want to apply myself(instead of the company lawyer) for AP for my wife and son. However, I do not want to apply for my own AP.

This is the second time that their AP is being applied for.


What I want to know
---------------------------

1. Which form to fill?

2. What specific care should I take to fill in the form?

3. What other than a filled in form and a check has to be sent? Please list all.

4. What is the check amount?

5. Is a covering letter required? What should we not forget to state in the covering letter?

6. Do i need separate envelopes, one each for my wife and son? Or can both be sent in one?

7. Are there any specifications of the kind of envelope to send in?

8. Is there any special note required on the cover of the envelope so that it reaches the correct desk?

9. Who should I send it to? What is the exact address?

10. What mode of mail is preferred - Courier, Registered mail,etc.? Or does BCIS have any guidelines?

My query was short of stating that I am for CSC. Can someone let me know what the correct address is to send for AP renewal?

Does the applications be sent separately in two different applications . (one for husband and one for spouse).
