The P3 review for most family based cases takes 2 - 3 weeks.. (probably same as employment based cases) ..
My F4 (Family - four) case review at the NVC took just 15 days and then another 6 days to transfer the case to the local consulate..
Be sure that the petitioner has sent case processing fees of $65 to the NVC and your $335 Per person processing fees have also reached the NVC before the case goes in for processing..
that's all..
