To all with 485 ND - SEP\'2000 and still waiting for approval

Hello,
     I have found three cases filed after SEP\'2000 being approved recently. Why has INS skipped those unapproved cases filed in SEP\'2000.
Is anyone waiting like me from SEP\'2000, let me know.

Call and check with INS. if u are closer to a center, try going and talking to them to find out the status of your case.

But you are just comparing with people who are 1 month ahead of you in the 485 RD date. Just think of my position : pd 2/96 and i am seeing people with pd of 2/2000 getting cleared !!!!

If you look at the JIT report (shusterman site) released for CSC, they are
processing I-485 cases as of 09/13/00. Two weeks prior to that, it was
"Vacant" which means all I-485 cases which were eligible to be adjucated
had been assigned to an officer.

I am totally confused !!!!

I am still waiting for my approval. Following are the details.

ND Sep18/00
FP Wife 10/26/00
FP myself with wife again 2/10/01
Ref 2/16/01 asking for last 4 pay stubs and last three years of W2
Send required stuff on 2/20/01

I am hoping to receive approval anytime now. One comment keep your pay stubs. I didn\'t but lucky i have direct deposit so I submited my bank statement.

I am "pardesi" on ciba\'s list

we have lots of guys in our company got GC before and no one was asked for REF such as W2 andpay stubs. did you file your case by yourself or by lawyers hired by the company? I am just curious,. hopt i won\'t get ths REF.

I am in the same boat. I got ref on my case on january 12 th. Replied in Feb 15. Let us see what happened next?

Checked with FBI for FP Results and they said they have cleared and forwarded to INS.Do we need to check with INS?
It always busy is there any other number(802 527 4913).

My case was filed by company lawyer. People who applied after me in September & October received their approvals in January. I donn\'t know why they ask for W2 but they did. Company lawyer responded on my behalf.
