To all whose RFE has been pending for more than a month

After seeing all these RFE cases received after mine got approved, I am getting so frustrated. It looks like I am waiting forever, the approval may never come.

Is there anything we can do besides praying? Calling IIO seems a waste of time, especially after the new national call center takes over. My fellow suffers, please provide suggestions.

My response recd. 5/15 , but not heard of approval yet.
responses recd. after us got approved. no idea what's going on?

I wish I had never come to US in first place. This is such a torture.

same here - RFE recieved 4/19 - no reply yet - though I know of people with a later RFE reciept date than myself that have gotten approved

540 days after RFE

Mine is also May 9 and no approval yet. My friend received his RFE on MAy 12 send it back and got approved by MAY 25. It is just unbeleivable.

I called BCIS today. Can one of you clarify if the mentioned 365 to 540 days is from RD , ND or from the receipt of the RFE.

IOO said it is froim the RFE receipt date but did not sound too sure on it.

INS sent me an RFE May 9. I have just sent the docs to lawyer. Let them WAIT

I will be at the Turkbuku beach when you will be checking this site.
