do i need to file form I-134 affidavit of support for my wife???
also do i need to file IRS 9003 for both of us or just for the primary applicant??

I did file an affidavit I-134 for my wife but never heard of IRS 9003.

Alsi filed were my tax returns for 3 years.

according to me you have to file IRS9003 along with your last 3 years tax returns.

I filed I485 in Aug\'00 without I134. As per a law passed earlier(I don\'t know when), employment based status adjustment applications no longer require I134. However, you will need to file I9003 in duplicate for you and your spouse. Hope this helps.
