INS issued me SECOND RFE. on Dec 13. Last time, they asked for I-94. This time, they asked for Birth Cert. & Marriage Cert. that I think I all submitted when I filed I-485 in July 2000.

Could anyone give me some suggestions?

This is harassment

I think they are harrasing people now. It has been 25 days since I replied my RFE. They haven\'t even acknowledged it yet. My FP was done in FEB 2000. I think they are deliberately delaying it so that they can send another FP notice to me. I would be really surpised if my case gets approved before May 2002. RD 8/00.
