To All...GC for my mother...who is in India

Folks...

I am just confused now....after reading all the posts here.

I am planning to apply GC for my mother ONLY. All I need is the filled out I130, MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH MY MOTHER"S NAME IN IT.....right

I am not applying I-485. Why should I need my mother's BC or Marrige Certificate....my mother does not have both anyway...

She would need to submit her birth certificate at some point. For the I-130, only your birth certificate is needed.
