TN1 visa first time query

My wife is looking for tn1 visa. She has 5 year experience working in mark-e-ting/sales/vendor partnership

1) can she get a visa under management consultant ?as I understand “mark-e-ting is not part of list but her past roles can be aligned to vendor management.

2) she has a PG certificate degree from Canada and bachelor/masters degree from outside Canada (Wes evaluated). Does this qualify ?

3) She is looking for a management consultant job in the US now, since they don’t need to sponsor. Can she just get the offer letter and get some firm to draft support letters ?

4) anything else I should be aware and what are her realistic chances to get through?

1. Yes. And it is marketing.
2. Make sure the degrees etc are evaluated for US immigration purposes.
3. The sponsor (it is sponsorship) would need to draft and sign the TN letter.

Do you mean the firm/lawyer would need to sponsor and sign the letter? Also How much chance does she have getting through at the border ?
 
Whether they use an outside legal firm or not, the sponsor -- your employer -- signs the letter.
