Hello Everyone. My bachelor's International Business -4.5 years from a Mexican University (not listed under NAFTA professions) and have 10+ years of experience in supply chain. I just got an offer from an American company as Sr. Sourcing Specialist but not sure to bring the TN1 option to the table. My question is:
-given my profile and education, could this fall under the Economist approved category?
-Does my education title must be exactly the same than the position offered?
-Anyone has gone through similar experiences?
I appreciate your guidance since this is the 1st time applying for a work visa
