TN with new degree (unrelated to BS degree)

My wife has BS & MS (Comp Sc) and worked in the field for over 15 years.

Will she be eligible for a TN in case she does another degree in Psychology (MS) (list of TN approved list of occupation) from a US university or do the rules look specifically at your BS degree ? The objective is to start a new career after the MS degree in a new profession.

Generally, a masters degree will be accepted in pkace or a Bachelors for a TN, but you might want to get a professional opinion on this, before embarking on this course.
