My husband is a U.S. permanent resident and I should be able to naturalize to Canada next year. Can I get TN visa after naturalization? I was refused entry with B1/B2 several months ago because the US immigration officer thought I would not return Canada.

Provided you can get over the fact that your spouse is a US permanent resident. That would be grounds for TN denial.
