TN Visa Under CSA category, 3 Year Bachelor degree from India

Hi All, I have query about my 3 year length of bachelor degree from India.

I had a WES evaluation done with my Indian credentials, they have stated that my degree is equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in USA.

If you could just let me know based on your experience, whether this works in my case or I should clearly have a 4 year length of study.
 
That should be fine. Just because US milks students for an extra year doers not change that your degree is equivalent.
