I have a TN TO GC question.I want to apply from TN visa to GC through EB1A(Extraordinary ability Category as i fulfill that criteria) and not E2 or E3.I have read the post from curious George and other places, but I am not sure if this can happen. Also whether this can happen with adjustment of status or Consular processing.I am a Canadian citizen and my birth country is India.Can you please advice here
1.How I can apply for GC from TN for EB1A category and I want to self petition that without an employer as my employer is not willing to do H1B or E2 route
2.If this is not possible can I convert TN visa to O1A visa within the USA and then apply for EB1A Category
Please let me know what are the steps involved.
