TN ViSA Question

Maybe a simple question for someone.

Company A issued me a visa to work for company B(client)
Company A located in Buffalo states on I94
Company B client where i am located in Chicago.

I am planning to go to South Asia from Chicago coming back to Chicago i am wondering if it will cause any issues? Because the back of I94 states Buffalo?
Just wondering if they will understand client/company relationship. Although i am sure they are but just wondering for my understanding.

Your entry into the US is not limited to specific border locations.
