My TN Visa is valid till Feb 2020.
Meanwhile, in the past month the company I am working for, went through a Corporate Restructuring. The name of the whole organisation has been changed.
Please note that there has been NO change in my Job title or function. I checked my monthly pay statements (via ADP) and it is being issued under the same old name.
Am I required to get a new TN Visa, right away under the new name? Or can I wait until Jan 2020, when I plan to get it at the POE.
