Tn visa management consulting

A Canadian base consulting company has hired me to work for their US Client as a Management consultant in US.
I will be working on hourly salary, the contract is of 3 years.

The letter is signed by the HR director in Canada with her phone number or i should say toll free number.

Based on what i see seems like the letter should be signed by the US Client and not the consulting company.

I was also told by the company's lawyer that both the company/client in US can issue the letter just easier if the Canadian Consulting company issues it because i will be working for them.

Can someone please let me know if this is true?

There are cases where the Cdn company sponsors the TN, but it would be 'better' if the US client sponsors you. It really doesn't matter tha the Cdn firm is paying you -- The US cient is your sponsor.

But since your lawyers are saying one thing, you'll only find out at the border.

Based on what you said i spoke with the lawyer i was told that they can arrange a letter form both the client and the consulting company

Nelson i am wondering if i can take both the letters to the border. One from the client and one from the company.
Hand them the company's letter and if they have issues then hand them the client's letter.
Can you please let me know if this is allowed or would it raise any red flag?

Thank You

Nelson do i need to bring in a copy of my resume or experience? I have a 4 year + 2year degree, just wondering if i will be required to bring one
Thanks

As long as you are using the Bach degree as the eductational qual, you do not need nor can you use experience.

Only if you are relying on the 2 year diploma as your bassi for TN, would you need to document experience, which would be in the form of letters, not a resume.

A resume is rarely of any value for TN, other than for annotating on it the various experience letters you have to support your 2-years diploma.
