I'M LICENSED OPHTHALMOLOGIST IN MEXICO AND I HAVE A JOB OFFER AS OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN IN U.S. THEY FILL AN I129 PETITION FOR A HB2 WORK VISA W/PREMIUM PROCESSING BUT USCIS ASK FOR A RFE AND THIS IS TAKING A LONG TIME. THE EMPLOYER AND ME WANT TO START ASAP. COULD BE A BETTER CHOICE FOR ME TO TRY TO GET A TN VISA AND WHAT IS THE BEST MATCH CATEGORY?

The Scientific Technician/Technologist TN category it's for a theoretical knowledge of any of the following disciplines: agricultural sciences, astronomy, biology, chemistry, engineering, forestry, geology, geophysics, meteorology or physics; it is for medical/allied professional too?
