TN Visa - Is a Project Manager role eligible

Hi All, new to the group here.

A US employer is ready to offer me a project manager role ( pharma logistics) but I am not able to understand what category of TN list would that fall under. Would I be able to get a TN visa for this job profile.

I have a Bachelors degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in international business.

I believe - not eligible. I tried and failed. All was ok, except matching my job duties (advising, analyzing, etc) with a related management category.

You might qualify under "Management Consult" category, but it could be tough. That's an abused "catchall" category so it gets a lot of skeptical scrutiny.

In your spot I'd look for an experienced TN lawyer to try to build a persuasive letter of support, and even then, i'd consider it a gamble.
