Hi - I have valid TN visa till 2025. I am currently on maternity leave. My employer has granted me 5 months of leave ( 3months paid + 2 +months unpaid). My concern is if being on unpaid leave is violation of TN status. Can someone please give me insights on this? Thank you in advance.
