I am holding TN visas in US and is going to return back to Canada in June next year. My wife is on H1B visa here in US with me, she is a Chinese citizen. Can she apply for Canadian permanent resident status while she is in US and get it before she goes back to Canada together me with next year, or she has to go to Canada with me first (with a visitor visa ?), and apply for PR after we are in Canada ? Will there be any problems either way ?
