i just recently got engaged. i am candian down in the u.s with a tn visa, my fiancee is canadian aswell. i have gathered the information that she can move down here for three months as long as we can prove that were getting married in the next three months. also once were married she can cross the border with no visa because she is canadian, while everyone else needs a td visa.. first of all is this information correct? and what information do i need to show to prove were getting married in the next three months? thanks in advnace for any help.

You're confusing this with a K-1 finacee visa, which would only be possible if you were a US citizen.

She won't need a visa stamp, but she will need to be admitted to the US in TD status, if she wants to live with you. Since she is Canadian, she'll just need to present proof of Canadian citizenship, a copy of your TN I-94 and a certified copy of the marriage certificate, and they'll admit her in TD status.

It is unlikely that they will admit her as a B visitor prior to your marriage unless she can clearly demonstrate that she will leave the US soon. My fiancee was able to do it, but she had evidence of a Canadian residence, a job and a return plane ticket.
