TN Visa holder, spouse maintaining PR

Hi,

Here is some background info to my question:
- I am canadian citizen, currently under TN visa
- my wife is not a Canadian citizen, but a permanent resident (PR) of Canada, currently under TD Visa
- I have read that PR (wife) can meet the requirements of maintaining PR status while living outside of Canada as long as they accompany a Canadian (me)
- we moved to US in fall 2011

My questions are:
Q1. Will she maintain her PR, while I am under TN and she is TD?
Q2. Will she maintain her PR, while I am under H1B and she is H4?
Q3. Will she maintain her PR, when we get green card?

Thanks

the simple act of getting a TD, H4, H1, GC, or even moving 100% to the US, does not invalidate PR -- even if not married to a Cdn. Only too much time spent away from canada without a valid exemption will.

According to me PR visa is required to live any country for long life. If you want to get information for all of this question than you contact the Canadian immigration office from their you get lots of information about your question.
