TN Visa for Diploma in Network Administrator

I'm Canadian citizen with 10 years of experience working in IT field. I completed my Diploma from Canada as Network Administrator 20 years ago.
Can I still apply for TN with my Diploma or this stream is only for available for Bachelors Degree?
 
Can you please provide more information regarding documented experience. Is that has to be from past and current employers?
How about industry certifications would that help. What are document list to take while going for stamping?
 
You need letters from former employers, clients, even colleagues that document three years in a CSA job. Nothing else counts or is needed.
