TN visa for CSA or Engineer?

Hello members,

I’m planning to apply for TN as canadian citizen.

Currently working as application support analyst for almost 4 years and planning to apply under same title , duties are supporting web-based application which doesn’t involve programming or coding.

Education: 3 years bachelor of computer application in india and 2 year diploma in computer networking in canada. Which i don’t think they consider engineering degree

My question is should i apply for TN under computer system analyst or computer engineer?

Appreciate your suggestion or recommendation. Thanks
 
When you are not an engineer (degree), you cannot apply as an engineer. You might have a chance under CSA category with Canadian 2 year certificate AND "almost 4 years" of experience.
 
Thank you for your response. @bigboy00 I want to know if anyone has applied with service desk or desktop support under CSA category and got approval if you have any idea
