TN visa for Corp-to-Corp with US Company

Hola, getting my TN papers ready with the US company and doing a corp-to-corp between my Canadian corp and the US company.

Their lawyer was mentioning that a Corp-to-corp with a US company seems to be getting denials or issues in the Border when I go for TN stamping.

I have gone through the TN rules which say that no self employment in US and there needs to be a contract between both companies. I shall be only working for my company for their client and have a contract.

Is the CBP folks not giving TN's for Corp-to-Corp options..Is there any additional document I need to carry. Tensed since I am planning to go to the Border within 2-3 days.

You are fine, your arrangement is allowed, even if it were through your US corp.
lawyers are not really suited to TN, so over-hype everything, to make it seem like they are needed.

Any particular reason why you felt the need to start a new thread on this, since you already had one on the same topic from earlier this week?
