Hi Everyone, I am a Canadian citizen, wanted to ask about the TN visa for a Strategy Manager role at a Telecom Operator in the United States with the job description below. According to my research, the closest job category to the role is a Management consultant role. However, I heard that there is scrutiny around applying for the MC Category, and that the role must be a Supernumerary role. My education background is a BA in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Investment Analysis. So is the Management consultant the closest category to my role, ? If my employment offer doesn't explicitly state a time frame, would that contradict the Supernumerary clause ? Does the job offer has to mention the job description below, or is it better to be tailor made according to the Management Analysts in the occupational handbook ? Does the employer has to change the job title to Management Consultant in the offer ?Could the officer argue that I don't have a degree in Management ?

Thanks everyone for taking the time to read the thread

Your TN offer must include a time, limited to three years.

Do you have MC experience?

Thanks. So If I bring reference letter from my previous employer, Shall I make them write down a job description, so that the officers would match the tasks with the MC role ?
