TN Visa - CSA - Degree evaluation

I am going to apply for a TN visa for the 1st time as a Canadian Citizen this week - I have worked in the US in past for several years on H1 and L1.

My total IT experience is 15+ years(Software Development) - and I hold Bachelor in Commerce from Mumbai University 1993 , also have 3 years diploma from NIIT, plus certifications MCSE, MCP, Oracle, Java.

My end client is a X but i have hired by a middle agency Y - from whom i have the offer letter and TN petition. They have put me under the Computer System Analyst - will this work ?

My degrees , diplomas have not be evaluated.

What chance do i have?
 
You need your Degree evaluated.

Your NIIT diploma is not eligible to be used for TN purposes, since it is not from N America. Yopu shoudl ahve it evaluated, if only for future use if you are attempting to get Green card. Thus your experience doesn't count for TN either.

That said,m I don't see aproblem geting CSA for you, if you can show your commerce degree is heavily weighted in IT.

One followup question - are degree evaluations from "evaluationworld" accepted at the port of entry?

Becoz the evaluation by agencies like WES - requires the university to send the documents to WES which can take months by the time you loose you job offer .
 
I have no idea. How long have you had this degree? The instant you began planning to move to US, I would have been getting the degree evaluated.
