Hi
I currently have a Tn with start date of May 28th in Michigan and I have one another prospective interview which should turn out good for texas.
I'm planning to join the Michigan right now as I don't have the offer letter for texas yet ..but let's say If I get the offer and have to change employers by July1st week, what should I tell my prospective employer in texas if they ask me if I have ever held a Tn status before ?should I completely hide this Michigan role from them and tell them that I had tn status but never worked ? Or should I tell them that I'd be joining an employer in Michigan soon because as of now I'm not working in Michigan but got the TN approved for Michigan . My I94 would say that I'm on TN status already .
And how difficult for me is to convince the border officers to change job with in couple of months.the only reason for change is I have more learning opportunities with other company and also weather is a big plus .
I don't want to leave the current offer that already I have in case texas didn't work out.
Please help
Thanks
