Tn visa change of employer

Hi

I currently have a Tn with start date of May 28th in Michigan and I have one another prospective interview which should turn out good for texas.
I'm planning to join the Michigan right now as I don't have the offer letter for texas yet ..but let's say If I get the offer and have to change employers by July1st week, what should I tell my prospective employer in texas if they ask me if I have ever held a Tn status before ?should I completely hide this Michigan role from them and tell them that I had tn status but never worked ? Or should I tell them that I'd be joining an employer in Michigan soon because as of now I'm not working in Michigan but got the TN approved for Michigan . My I94 would say that I'm on TN status already .

And how difficult for me is to convince the border officers to change job with in couple of months.the only reason for change is I have more learning opportunities with other company and also weather is a big plus .

I don't want to leave the current offer that already I have in case texas didn't work out.

Please help

Thanks

- No, you should never hide your present TN status (and there is no reason to hide it).

Or should I tell them that I'd be joining an employer in Michigan soon because as of now I'm not working in Michigan but got the TN approved for Michigan . My I94 would say that I'm on TN status already .

If you have already started in MI by the time this new offer comes, there is no reason to hide this as well - if asked specifically. But you are not obligated to volunteer any information if not asked.
And how difficult for me is to convince the border officers to change job with in couple of months.the only reason for change is I have more learning opportunities with other company and also weather is a big plus .
The border officers wouldn't care - they will issue you a new TN as long as you meet the requirements for the new TN.
