TN-VISA application with Acquitted (non-conviction) charges

Hi, I had a Domestic Violence case (common Assault charges) but got acquitted by a court of law in a criminal trial in Canada. So, I do not have a conviction. I have a court letter as a proof. But CBS will see this acquittance charges during their inspection.

Can you please let me know how this would impact my TN application?
 
have you been able to enter US since that episode? if so, you will not have any issues getting TN. If you have not, I might suggest asking a lawyer.
